Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are using Miro for different business problems:
- Collaborative meetings between product, design and engineering. (Running Sprint design like exercises)
- Mapping and understanding business flows across multiple teams and processes
- Running sprint ceremonies (refinements, retrospectives, etc)
- Drawing service blueprints for our end user's services
- Brainstorming sessions between multiple stakeholders

- Useful for scrum meetings like retrospectives, refinements (nice features like timers, voting, etc)
- Map big processes or flows
- Pricing: Not every users involved in a board will need the same kind of access
- User management: Migrating from a paid team/board to a personal one is tricky
- Notifications can be improved
- Positive: It was easier to work remotely during the pandemic.
- Positive: We were able to ideate a successful product
- Negative: Sometimes it takes longer to structure some ideas when they start at a Miro due to its flexibility
Greatly. As mentioned before, it was a key tool to keep our ideation and collaboration process vibrant between teams during the pandemic. Even now, it really helps us a lot to keep aligned between remote teams.
