Remote collaboration at it's best.

Strategy development (internal) - using Miro as a collaboration platform to improve working together on complex issues, even remotely. Miro helps us to work together with teams that are not able to meet in person. It enables everyone to actively participate and therefore keeps attention high. We use it for strategy workshops, training, and developing process descriptions, as well as rules of engagement.

Great improvement in remote collaboration because it is too easy to participate. People feel included. It especially helps to keep attention and participation high when developing something in a larger group. It works especially well in training - the employees learn in a better way when they are actively involved instead of simply hearing someone talk about a certain topic. The results then can be directly shared with everyone who has noted them.
