Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a blend of remote and on-premise team, we use Miro to collaborate and brainstorm during our strategy and team days when not all team members can be in one location. It allows us to collate and visualise our ideas in one place using digital sticky notes. We find the templates and sharing feature really useful!
- Allows multiple team members to collaborate using digital sticky notes
- Visualise a process flow and helps in customer journey mapping
- Gather popular opinion by quickly allowing teams to vote using dots
- On remote connections, sometimes the board lags and is slow to load changes
- Request for access emails are sent to all participants of the board causing too many emails - can these only be sent to 1-2 nominated admins
- Improved productivity
- Greater collaboration and team involvement
It has helped us remotely collaborate with teams and make everyone feel included by allowing each member to contribute despite their location/time zone. By saving and sharing the board, we also have a reference to revisit notes from the brainstorming session and do not need to copy over the output to share by email.
