Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a variety of use cases:
- planning - weekly, quarterly, yearly planning
- workshopping - collaborating on a workshop
- scoping - scoping of work
- one on ones - I use Miro for my one on ones with my team
- opportunity mapping - mapping out opportunities and solutions for various initiatives
  • Awesome templates
  • Great collaboration tool
  • Variety of different tools, notes, gadgets etc
  • I find perspective and zoom difficult to orchestrate on Miro. What size do I make my content so it is legible but not too big or too small
  • No ability to freeze areas (table headers) so when you scroll they stay constant
  • I think greater collaboration
  • Improved visibility
We work across the APAC region and in a hybrid environment, so making progress on work is easier with a tool like Miro as everyone can be involved irrespective of where they are. Distance is no longer a barrier
Well it’s a network effect issue for me. There isn’t enough of the org on FigJam to reach critical audience size

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Collaboration on workshops and planning is terrific. As is just general brainstorming.
for me the zoom and font size is a difficult thing to get right
