Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro daily to break down business processes in unison with the agile work-stream. Some coworkers are visual learners, by using Miro, I am able to document outcomes, tasks and to-dos via result chains using Miro. Miro allows me to simplify the process of ironing out work to be done, and providing a visual representation of the process for both review and publication. Before Miro, I used a pen and paper, now I am able to document the way I think, or work with co-workers, and document they way they think visually. The tool is valuable, and work-life is made simpler using Miro.
- Result chains
- Process documentation
- Applying thought to screen
- Works with the Jira tool
- My needs have not outgrown Miro, and it does everything I need it to do very well
- Improved vision
- Improved result chains development time
- Clear vision shared across domains
We are all remote, so using Miro on a typical Webex session is part of our daily life. Oftentimes I'll be explaining something, then open a Miro board just to put my thoughts on screen and show the individuals I'm working with how I'm thinking. Its amazing how simple it is to explain when you provide visuals.
Miro has many more swim lanes and templates, along with much more added functionality. While Mind Map was a great product, Miro is like Mind Map on steroids. I've not encountered situations where Miro didn't work, I'm always successful with documenting what I'm thinking and creating several versions on one board. Zoom in/zoom out to a world of my thoughts.
