  • Easy to navigate.
  • No additional training needed.
We use monday.com for our team and across organization to stay up to date on the projects we are working on. Also we keep track of our SL and helps us to see the progress/what we currently working on/what needs to be addresses.
  • Can keep track of SL (counting time, date and etc.).
  • Easily keep track of what needs to be done.
  • Receive a reminder.
  • You can add any notes/comments if needed.
  • I wish we can integrate and in import data in a different format.
  • Also will be nice if monday.com could be integrated with Chime (Amazon product).
Has the most common templates needed, easy to set up and modify if needed. Helped my team to create a tracking templates that we were looking for. Easy to access, navigate.
I didn't have a chance to contact a customer support.
Time saver and visible for all team members. Can get any information if needed.

For my team we created a folder with all vendors that we do support. We listed what queues they do support, what time zone they are working on and etc. Easy to see, navigate and have the information in one place.
