Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Operation expenses because we can now track keys given out to members in a cross collaborating document.
  • Time savings within our team functions.
  • Ease of completing projects.
monday.com is used throughout our company in a few different ways. We use it for project management, assigning tasks, cross-department communication, and escalating issues. It works great on a building level to communicate within your team, as well as across the country to address higher level issues.

Pros

  • Assigning tasks.
  • Setting reminders for due dates.
  • Organizing projects.

Cons

  • More templates.
  • Onboarding feature.
  • More specific instructions when setting reminders.
monday.com can be a little intimidating at first, just because there is so much to offer! Once you figure out a few simple templates, you automatically feel more engaged, and how I got hooked. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is due to the learning curve.
Have not had to use this feature, which I think speaks enough about how amazing the functionality of this program is.
I have never had any issues with monday.com and we have been using it for about a year now.

I just recently recommended monday.com to a friend who is having trouble communicating with her colleagues. We have found the simple step of assigning a task to someone, setting an automatic reminder if the task is not done, and then alerting the board owner when it is done is a time efficient way to ensure tasks are being done properly. It is also very helpful to be able to put once the task is done, who it was done by, for further communication if there is an issue or to reward them for a job well done.
