Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is the backbone of our planning. We use it in any way we can, and it's automations really help us out. We use it to manage our individual web development projects, we use it as a means of communication when opening tickets with our development team, and we use it to plan out our social media schedule as well. The automations solve a lot of our time and effort and keeps everyone in the loop.

  • It has saved us a lot of time.
  • New employees can follow our process easily.
I gave it this rating because there are a lot of good templates within monday.com, but it does not have all of them.
I gave it this rating because we tested their customer response time for opening a ticket a year ago, and they wrote that they would respond within a short amount of time, however that time was not met at all. I'm sure they fixed this now though.
It's helped a lot.
