Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Monday.com is used across multiple departments from the Digital Media team, to Customer Success and Professional Services along with Account Management. This helps us organize task requests from multiple teams across different boards. We specifically used it to help facilitate creative design requests along with relaying information for launching advertising campaigns.

- Quickly and Efficiently communicate across the organization.
- Some of the search functionality can lead to unexpected results with in the platform.
- We have had a positive ROI from Monday.com just from the team working more efficiently together.
Monday.com was always very reliable. I can't think of a time when it went down and we had to stop work.
