Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings.
  • Easier setup of projects (it was not easy though at the beginning).
  • Increased employee adoption, increased employee engagement (on boards).
  • Task delegation.
  • Projects being easily tracked.
When monday.com was initially introduced, there was a little bit of skepticism on my end. I have used several project management tools, and having several products -- learning how to use it, shifting our tasks, it all seemed tedious. However, as we learned more about the tool, I realized that it is easy to use, and it has been helping me manage my tasks and coordinate all other tasks with the people I work with within the department, and even outside my department. I like how specific projects could be easily assigned, statuses could be easily updated. Collaboration with my workmates had become easier. I like also that it's available on my phone, so I can be assured that even if I am away from my laptop, I can still get updates on my phone.

  • It's probably because I am included on a lot of projects (boards), but I find it somehow challenging to manage all my boards. Sometimes, it feels like I have too much boards. The left side panel of my account seems a bit of a clutter.
  • I have very limited email space, and I tend to receive a lot of updates from monday.com. Is there a way to receive the prompts on my personal email instead, or not receive it at all? Since I visit my boards every single day.
  • On conversation bubble, even if one person is the project is not tagged, I think it's good for him/her to still get a notification.
I am not sure about the 200 templates, but regarding the overall usability, I can say that it's been very helpful for my role in the company and for the projects I have. The capability to integrate monday.com with other productivity tools makes things easily done and completed. I would check all the tools it can be connected to to fully maximize monday.com.
I have not yet tried contacting the customer service support. For questions or concerns, I normally just ask my teammates. I would try working with monday.com's support in the future.
When it comes to overall performance of monday.com in terms of features working as designed and reliability or uptime, I can say that it has been working pretty well. It has made my work more manageable. For someone who works in a lot of projects, in different departments in the organization, the tool makes things a lot easier for me.

monday.com is definitely well suited for team collaboration projects, project managements, task delegation, human resources, planning ang tracking capabilities, and integration with other work applications.

I understand that even people who are not part of the organization can access the boards if they get to be invited. I am just not fully aware of the scope and limitation -- am concerned about the confidentiality of the information, but would also make sure that things get to be done efficiently.
