Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- monday.com has allowed our business to become significantly more efficient. We can now track progress, measure capacity, and communicate significantly more thanks to monday.com and the various boards we have built. We are adding new users almost monthly.
We are using monday.com company-wide. We use it for various processes. My department uses it primarily for project management. Our inside sales department uses monday.com for building job quotes with some automation built-in. Finally, our executive team uses it to manage the overall capacity of the team. Overall, monday.com is great because it allows us all to leverage the platform to fit each department's needs while allowing management to oversee processes and clear out roadblocks for the team.
- Project Management - monday.com allows for our teams to communicate about projects seamlessly. Managers are allowed to view progress and give feedback without having to jump to a different platform. This speeds up our ability to react as a team and progress forward with projects that would take more time before monday.com.
- Job Quotes - We have built a job-quoting process within monday.com. This process allows the sales team to work directly with purchasing agents to streamline large job quotes. This added efficiency, thanks to monday.com, has grown this portion of our business dramatically thanks to improving the timeline and communication.
- Day-to-Day Task Management - monday.com allows our teams to plan out their day and to prioritize their tasks at hand. The linking of tasks can help each employee with staying on task and holding each other accountable for deadlines - something our company never had before monday.com.
- Overall Structure - At the beginning of onboarding monday.com, we struggled with some of the structure/architecture components of the system and how that architecture affected users. There is always a learning curve, but I felt that this original one was particularly challenging. Updates and further exploration has helped remedy this situation however.
We have had little to no issues with the reliability of monday.com. There has been some issue with automation from time to time, but it is likely due to overall internet issues. The site lagged for a bit - processes seemed to take a considerable amount of time or did not work at all. Refreshing the page seemed to fix this.
