Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Much less paper, we were replacing a paper system at first!
- Much easier for everyone to know the status of a project.
- Stores customer contact information.
- I can find out on a supply item: prev order date, cost, qty, etc. + link for reorder.
- Simple export to Excel allows for easy collection of customer info.
I use monday.com in my business to keep track of current customers and potential customers, the last communication and where they are in the process of getting an order through the system. It is for the most part, intuitive and it is easily customizable to fit most organizational needs. The color coding makes the appearance pleasing and easy to read.
Pros
- I use status to quickly see what is the current priority.
- I really appreciate the easy sort buttons at the top of the page.
- Create multiple pages for different things, ex; keep track of supplies & ordering.
- Easy drag and drop images.
- You can also store links.
- I LOVE the email copy pulse.
Cons
- Not the best Kanban view out there, depending on what you're looking for.
- It's a little bit pricey.
- Any technical issues I've had are fixed quickly.
I have had very few problems or issues. There have been a few times where things got glitchy, may have been during a time when monday.com was updating their servers because the problem did not persist for long. When I reached out to support for one instance in particular, the issue was resolved before I needed their help.
