monday.com is used to organise our high volume workflow in our accounting firm. With up to 500 jobs active at any time, it helps us to track the progress of jobs, the correspondence that has been sent to clients, due dates, invoicing and also track the jobs that are yet to be done so we can control the workflow and have a better understanding of how much work our team members have at any given time.
- It is user friendly, training new employees to use the software is a breeze.
- Exporting data, this is crucial for our reporting systems and monday.com makes it simple.
- Colour palettes make it easy and satisfying to look at.
- I would love to see integration with Xero.
- I would like a function to see email updates in a bigger and easier to read window.
- An easier function for setting reminders.
There was one recent outage that lasted a couple of minutes. When I looked at the status page, the last outage was 4 months prior with an average working rate of 99.9%. I was highly impressed by this as most other software we use has down time on a regular basis.
