Overall monday.com does exactly what I need it to do and more.

I have never had an issue that support couldn't solve quickly.

When you have several different tasks from different individuals it's hard to remember at times. monday.com solves this because you can organize it in such a way that you know when, how, etc. plus put deadlines to what needs to be completed. It basically allows you to really customize your day. I no longer have to guess about what I need to do next or ask my co-workers what they are working on. I can see it in real time. My work day goes a lot smoother using this tool. I also love the bright colors and many different tags you can apply. My co-workers also seem to enjoy it because it helps them stay accountable for their actions. It's a tool that I use literally every single day. I can't imagine how I managed before using this tool lol. I encourage anyone that is on the fence about purchasing this tool to just jump right in. It is unbelievably easy to use and if support is needed they are super helpful. You can reach out via email, chat, etc. monday.com also gives you tips on things that might be helpful to you periodically through pop ups. I learn different ways of doing things all the time.
