Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is being used across my whole organization. I run a nonprofit music organization in Canada and have been able to manage all our projects with various team members on this platform. It's been a lifesaver.

Overall, monday.com has become the one tool that we use on a regular basis and one that requires little to no training on our end. The only issue we have is referring to the platform. The platform name is very confusing when speaking to it from an employee management perspective, as it is almost always confused with Monday the day and not the platform.
