Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used across my whole organization. I run a nonprofit music organization in Canada and have been able to manage all our projects with various team members on this platform. It's been a lifesaver.
  • Keeps team members in the loop on upcoming projects.
  • Allows for seamless communications across various departments.
  • The ability to customize the columns of each board without applying changes to all boards within that category.
  • All of our employees have had high engagement with the platform.
  • monday.com saves us time in keeping all communications in one space.
We have had nothing but positive feedback in regards to the usability of this platform.
Getting on to the platform was easy, and the support team was there every step of the way to ensure it was a smooth onboarding.
Overall, monday.com has become the one tool that we use on a regular basis and one that requires little to no training on our end. The only issue we have is referring to the platform. The platform name is very confusing when speaking to it from an employee management perspective, as it is almost always confused with Monday the day and not the platform.
