Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to support our operations in various departments: new projects, headhunting, onboarding new talent, and new customers. Also, our team has the flexibility to create new boards for time management, and everyone can delegate tasks and provide follow-up to the deliverables. At last, it is an easy-to-use tool to visualize the whole prospects pipeline and how it moves along within our tailormade process.

The first day you try it, you can start using it, and it can start adding value. I have tried many tools, and most of them, you need some time to get acquainted, but with the monday.com interface and UX, you can easily set up a dashboard and start using it the first day. Also, they have so much content now that makes it even easier to pick something already made, adapt it, and be ready to go.
They are really into helping you solve any trouble. We started with one company name, and we needed to change it. It took them a few days, but they were very helpful, and finally, we figured it out to make it happen. Since then, it has been so easy to use that you barely need help or assistance.
The fact that you can customize it according to your needs and you can visualize everything in various ways, as well as connect your whole team to it, makes it one of my favorite management software. Plus, they are always creating new features and content, so things get done faster and smoother. My only concern is that it is expensive if you are a LatAm startup.

If you are a startup with a small team and with a good budget, it is an awesome tool to use. If you don't have a budget or are not required for your team to visualize the whole, then it won't add a lot of value, and it can get expensive.
