We use it for various different things, mainly we use it to put through requests we may need/want actioned.

highly visual and intuitive interface that allows users to create custom workflows, track tasks, and manage projects using boards, columns, and cards. This makes it easy for teams to grasp and use, regardless of their technical background
I don't use this much so not in a position to answer this question
overall, very happy with this service - easy to use and manage and makes our time much better
