Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is our leading company software for all departments/ministries and across multiple campuses. We use it for forms and project management, for to-do lists, requests and we are still finding new ways to utilize it.

Monday.com was very user-friendly when we first started using it and it has only gotten more so over the years. When we first signed up there were only a few automation options, now there are tons and a custom option! As someone is administration I have seen quite a few software over the years, this is by far the most user-friendly and has the best customer service/troubleshooting resources.
I have never waited more than 24 hours for a response and have never left a customer service inquiry frustrated!
We have multiple locations and many different departments and Monday.com allows us to collaborate and streamline processes. As someone who is in administration, I LOVE it and am actually the point person for training any new employees or brainstorming board ideas with current employees. I use it for personal checklists, for my second job as a transaction coordinator in real estate and my high schooler now uses it to keep her assignments organized! Honestly, I have yet to find a scenario where Monday.com is not a good fit.

I am a Monday.com believer. Our team (4 people) was using Trello and was constantly disappointed so we set out to find a new team software and stumbled upon Monday.com. We tried it out for about a month and were so impressed we brought it to our executive team and encouraged them to roll it out to the whole organization. We have multiple locations and many different departments and Monday.com allows us to collaborate and streamline processes.
