Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Collaboration and communication between sales and operations team to execute deals. This makes execution much easier and streamlined.

I personally have only integrated Slack as my requirement is simple but our product team use multiple tools with monday.com and it keeps their tasks super organized.
I never needed to use one but good to know that there is a dedicated customer success manager.
As mentioned earlier, my requirement is simple but my team uses monday.com extensively and uses multiple features that it offers. Overall, it helps the entire team as it helps with everyone's productivity. I am pretty sure that our team will keep using this platform for a very long time in future.
