I use monday.com to track tasks and projects. I make videos at work and I am able to show the status of a video, automatically send a video for review with notes and links, track the time it takes for the task, and mark done. It is very helpful to give information about a video or task that someone such as a project manager can see and follow up.
- show status easily
- track time of the task
- create task is pretty easy and straightforward
- I would like to be able to switch my own columns around so that it doesn't switch it for anyone else. that way I can show the things that are important to me.
- maybe I can do this but I would like to be able to set reminders for tasks for other people. if I send a task for review I have to go and remind them daily to check it. If I could just set a reminder to send a notification would be great.
- time savings where people can get enough information about a project
- sometimes there is a negative if a project manager wants to create multiple boards that need updating and they might have very similar information.
Making videos and tracking them have been pretty good and saves time when I update and send for review or get feedback.
