Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to organize disparate sources of information and to keep key-players informed of project-status. monday.com gives us timely information and allows us to filter out anything that is superfluous. Further, it ties into our other groupware and allows us to communicate with other teams, relaying our expectations, and allowing us to forecast resource requirements and estimated deadlines.
  • Organizes information
  • Notifies stakeholders of changes in status
  • Notifies staff of specific tasks that are ready to be done
  • formulas require some concentration, and may have inherent limits
  • Tighter collaboration with geographically dispersed teams
  • Centralized status information
  • Clear presentation of next-steps
  • Clear communication of who is working on what
It's a fantastic tool overall, but it's deep capabilities and flexibility leads to an inherent busy interface and significant layers to navigate through to see the information you care about. I would like to see fast keyboard-navigation added as a feature, and the ability to hover over records to see nested information.
I haven't used this feature, as I was not aware of its existence. Consequently, my response about this will be unremarkable, and overly general. It sounds as if it would be helpful, and I encourage monday.com to increase the effort into sharing information about the people serving as Customer Success Managers.
monday.com has generally had a remarkable uptime. We've never had a situation where it was unavailable. This is good -- we've come to rely upon it to track our most complex and most vital departmental projects. Similarly, features have been consistently available and accessible. This isn't something that I worry about.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

monday.com is best suited for individuals and teams that need to organize tabular information to share amongst themselves. It shines in attaching conditionally-triggered actions to changes in state. There *are* limitations (some mildly confusing) to formulas which can lead to clumsy work-arounds, but on the whole this is a giant improvement over using a spreadsheet to track tabular data. The interface can be busy for the novice user, with many glyphs and submenus to navigate.
