Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are a commercial construction company. Our employees in all departments use monday.com for organization, relaying information and assigning tasks throughout the company on a daily basis. I use this daily to manage upcoming projects, assign tasks to employees and to track the progress of each job. We use monday.com every day of the week.

We love monday.com. The customization is essential to our everyday business. Each department is able to not only coordinate daily work and job progress, but we, as a whole, are able to see and communicate exactly what is on-going at each step of the way on each project that is in progress
I have not personally had to contact and customer service reps for monday.com. To be honest, I have not had a single issue with monday.com since I have been using it for a little over one year. My colleague had to reach out for some customization questions, and the customer support team has been EXTREMELY helpful and very quick to respond
monday.com has made my life as the head of the estimating department a breeze. The ability to communicate with all team members at the click of a button is ideal in our situation. Even the non tech savvy employees easily picked up on how to use and communicate through monday.com

We have multiple people work remote. It is much easier to assign tasks on a mass basis, then to incorporate an individual email to each employee for review. monday.com helps keep us on track with deadlines and any missing/needed information on a case by case basis. monday.com is essential to our company
