Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use it for project management of client tickets and sprints as well as content calendars for marketing and communication with teams.

  • Keeping timelines and deadlines
  • Become more of a messenger system like Slack or GChat
  • A few basic PM abilities are missing like "days off"
  • Time saving
  • Inter Departmental cooperation and management
It's ease of use is one of the greatest strengths of the product. Easy drag and drop, automations and moving data with no stress.
I never require or request it, but when I have in the past I was helped promptly and professionally
I highly recommend this software to anyone looking to organize and manage company wide work. From small teams top large it hasn't failed me yet.
