Use Cases and Deployment Scope

During graduate school, I used monday.com to stay organized with my assignments and also for personal life responsibilities. For work, we use it as a team to stay on track of who is working on what and when.

Return on Investment

HUGE time savings. Using monday.com has helped us gain a lot of valuable time back.
Greatly reduces confusion and frustration because priorities and task assignments are clear.

Usability

The templates are so nice to have. They are especially helpful for people that are new to using a project management program.

Support Rating

I have not needed to use this feature, but I have heard from people who have and they have had very positive interactions and quick responses.

Reliability & Availability

I am very happy with monday.com. It gives me all the features and functions that I need and has given me some that I didn't even know about. I've used Airtable and Asana at other jobs, but I prefer monday.com the most because of ease of use.

Monday.com is GREAT for individuals or teams that are juggling many projects and competing priorities. This is especially true with teams where some or all of the team work remotely or rarely get to interact in-person. It's a fantastic way to provide a broad and detailed overview of what has been done, what needs to be done, and what is upcoming. Preventing duplicate work saves so much time and frustration. It's also a great way to maintain accountability across the team.
