Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Project management, software development, innovation portfolio management and management of client work. monday.com is used extensively across our technology and innovation teams, global business units also are deploying monday.com for work and resource management.
  • Dashboarding across a range of project boards
  • Reflecting complex project workflows
  • Workflow automations are simple to setup and highly useful
  • Automations could be more flexible (e.g. the library of triggers)
  • MS Teams integration could be more powerful
  • Increased visibility cross-team of project status
UI is friendly and welcoming, button placement etc is obvious and there are various animations and flourishes within the interface that make it a pleasure to use.
Support whether via email or CSM is helpful and proactive, with good solutions suggested.
Uptime and performance is excellent (and speed has improved again recently on the largest boards following upgrades). No noticed downtime.

monday.com is well suited to a broad range of project complexities, from simple trackers to multi-phase and multi-team projects with reporting, workflows and dashboards. The learning curve is shallow, recent improvements have greatly improved speed, and it's extremely use-friendly.
