Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have used monday.com for three years for my own business and for my clients. It's a game changer and we manage everything on there. Implementing solutions that save a significant amount of time is always great and it's even better when done with monday.com. Adoption is high as it's really easy to use and get your head around.

Usability is excellent - very easy to navigate and group within boards. Have the ability for folders of boards, private views, shareable etc. I give a 9 as I think to get to a 10 the inbox/alerts could be a little clearer but hands down it is the easiest work management tool to use out there!
Always responsive - always listen to your problem and work to find a solution. Communication is very clear and practical. Methods of communication are good and they are easy to get hold of - always willing to help and or point you in the right direction. The support from monday.com since day one has been top class.
Performance is brilliant, it's reliable you can trust it right away and it's easy to onboard of team members and get them working with it and thinking the same way - everyone that sees it and starts working with it sees it as a game changer. It just seems to be getting better and better.

In my view you can use monday.com for whatever you want - if you can map the process you can do it on monday.com. Accounting - personally i'd stick with the likes of XERO etc - it doesn't replace that but it can assist with invoicing etc. Recruitment processes, deals, social, CRM, email - the list goes on - monday.com is suitable for many scenarios.
