Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Customer database management, product workflows, client communication, templating reports and forms, accounting. We use monday.com to track a client request from start to finish., It's a great system of record to use across all departments, keeping everything housed in one place.

  • Automations are very customizable and save so much time.
  • The platform can continue to grow and adjust based on company needs.
  • Departments can have their own workspaces and still link up with other departments.

  • Dragged attachments appearing at the TOP of emails as opposed to the bottom.

It's hard to break. You can play and test things and try automations all without harming real products or cases. The visual appeal makes things easy track and understand whether you're a new hire or a seasoned employee. The activity log is a great way to see what has been done, and makes it easy to identify training opportunities and process improvement.
Customer service at monday.com is very responsive and helpful.
Features seem to work as designed and promised. The more I explore and learn the better it gets. I feel like I personally have only scratched the surface of what monday.com can do. I am looking forward to uncovering more features that will fit my company's needs.

The best part about having this platform as the standard system of record for our company is that every department has "eyes" on where a request is in the process, eliminating emails and direct messages. The communication within the platform itself is very useful. The transparency is vital to successful internal communication for our company.
