Customer database management, product workflows, client communication, templating reports and forms, accounting. We use monday.com to track a client request from start to finish., It's a great system of record to use across all departments, keeping everything housed in one place.

Features seem to work as designed and promised. The more I explore and learn the better it gets. I feel like I personally have only scratched the surface of what monday.com can do. I am looking forward to uncovering more features that will fit my company's needs.
