Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com in my daily management of the legal matters that we deal with at Impartner. At a glance I can tell whether it's a customer or a vendor and the type of contract being review. It also assists my outside counsel in knowing what departments to bill for his legal services. Fantastic tool! I highly recommend monday.com.
  • Easy to set up. I didn't have to spend a ton of time on this part of the process.
  • Easy to use. I was able set up some automation and monday.com provided clear instructions to do this.
  • Makes the intake process easy for my team to use.
  • A way to set up an automated email message to the person submitting the questionnaire including date and time of submission to confirm they submitted the intake form.
  • monday.com is well worth the money we have spent. Implementing this tool was one of the best things I ever did for our legal department.
monday.com is easy to use. They have plenty of resources to learn what you need to be able to build a tool that will help organize your workload. I use this tool every day and my oustside counsel and his team uses it as well. He is very happy with what we've been able to accomplish using it.
I don't have the Enterprise version, but so far the support I've needed has been there.
I've never experienced any issues with monday.com. It always performs as expected. Very reliable tool.

monday.com helps me stay on top of all the legal matters and contracts that I am responsible for. It helps me organize all the matters that are in my queue so I know where they are and what is going on with them at any given time. I don't have to search through endless emails to figure things out when someone asks a question.
