We use Monday.com to collaborate across functions. Payroll and HR Leave team share information about important Leave of Absence changes by pay period so that we can track leaves.
We also use the board to track important dates in Payroll, Quarter tax filings due dates, or Year End task.
We also use Monday to manage Projects and collaborate on process improvements.

- Collaborating across different functions
- Sending reminders on due dates - Notifications are super helpful
- Project Planning - Keeping everyone on track with task they need to complete
- I struggle with creating a form to be completed through Monday.com board. That setup is not easy.
- Creating new Boards can be challenging and time-consuming
- Training others on Monday board also takes time
- Time savings on Project Management boards
- Increased Manager adoption
I love Monday.com. The project management has been essential to keeping my fully remote staff on track.
The notifications that are triggered help my team of tasks that they need to complete and by what deadline. This is crucial in the Payroll Income Tax world.
