Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We use Monday.com to manage all of our client projects, timelines, and internal workflows. We also use the CRM feature to capture new leads and track deals through our sales pipeline. We have several stages to our sales flow and using Monday.com has helped us understand where all of our leads are at any given time.

Monday.com has workflow management in the same system, which for us is much more important than having a very robust CRM. I also like the forms in the CRM for information capture.

It is an amazing CRM and overall product. It has a ton of integrations (direct and otherwise), which makes it super user friendly.
They get back to you super quickly, are very friendly, helpful and amazing. I love the Monday.com team. They also follow-up until they make sure that you have the answer you need.
If your sales process generally follows a linear process, then Monday.com is great. If you have a complicated sales process with lots of moving parts and people involved then I would go with a more robust CRM that is truly a pure CRM. Monday.com is amazing for workflow management and it is great to have your CRM and workflow management in one system.
