Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

We needed to have a CRM that allows us to interconnect boards and spaces. With Monday, we are able now to create, link/bind, and copy all the items across our databases. We Integrate Monday with other automation and apps that let us take the total juice Monday has to offer.

  • Automations sometimes does not work properly
  • When you copy a board the board takes time to load
  • Sometimes automations are not totally copied and pasted properly or they just don't appear
  • Better organization
  • Sometimes is too complicated, since everyone interacts with Monday on a different basis
  • We can hand off a lot of things since automations can be implemented
Monday is WAY friendly, Hubspot is really a hot mess compared to Monday. With Monday you can automate everything, all the information is easy to the eye and mind. Along with the possibility to have constant support from the company. Hubspot support is not that great. Customer support inside Monday totally excels.

They are perfect for a lot of things like automation, forms, and integrations. But, they really need to improve their automation support and logic inside that automation because we can do so much more with more support, they just need to figure out a lot of things. They are going to be the A1 in every company for sure, give it a try!
Their support has been consistently good, they reply in a fast, clear, and helpful way, and they let their user feel supported and invested in using Monday more.
They can help you to solve a lot of questions and processes that need to be done, they come up with ideas and stuff.

Really love their support team, that's why and one of the reasons I love Monday.
Everything related to CRM, and interconnecting boards is a total fit for the company. You can have all the information in one place and have a lot of boards that connect with each other, using automation you can have a big CRM in just one place. Also, you can use it as a Typeform in terms to replace Google Forms. They have something called Monday forms.
