Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

It is used to track all sales opportunities and contacts. Once projects are awarded, it is used to help project incoming commission cash flow and accrued revenues. Each product line that we represent is tracked separately and contacts associated with the opportunities and/or projects are tracked as well. All new potential customers are added to the database and it is used by our marketing organization to create marketing/sale outreach campaigns.

I have used Salesforce at several organizations and hate it. It is completely too time-consuming to enter information and virtually requires you to have an excessive level of training or an IT department that can set up the programs, reports. In smaller companies, we ended up hiring Salesforce data entry personnel to enter the information for the sales teams as they were spending more time in the software than in the field. monday can be used on the fly, information is easily entered on both a computer and mobile app and provide instant access and updates to all users. Even with security measures, monday is much easier to access, especially in the field.

There are a few minor tweaks I would like to see, such as contacts auto-populating once they are entered and the ability to add more detail to the contact profile. Otherwise, it serves it purpose for our organization very well and we will continue to use it as we expand.
It can be a little frustrating to not be able to talk directly to someone, vs chat feature. As our company grows, we will need to have a strong IT department and user relationship with monday. It was also a little disappointing to have the advertising for a single user only to find out that I had to jump to 3 seats to gain access to some of the basic CRM services and features.
monday works very well to track opportunities and contacts with important information. It does not integrate with Outlook or Google contacts as well as it could. It is an excellent software for solid CRM without the expense, hassle and user-unfriendliness of Salesforce, which our company has to use with some of the other companies we work with.
