Interconnectivity

Warehouse Management
Ease of reviewing old and new impacts as they are not available in searches at a transaction level
Custom Segments are not displayed well in Budgets.

Return on Investment

From a positive, we have more visibility in our financials to be able to react more quickly.
Some processes and processing times can be delayed and has become a more often occurrence with OCI. This causes us to lose velocity.

NetSuite is a leader in SMB and best fit our growth needs.

Usability

The software is great but is vaste and there can be a learning curve for non-sophisticated users. It can be hard to change course if the implementation is not done well.

Support Rating

NetSuite support can be maddening to get through.
The routing guide is monstrous.

Well suited for invoicing, inventory, ordering, financial processing, and fulfillment.
Not so well grown up with the WMS area and with ease of tracking and movement.
SuiteAnalytics is challenging to use even for sophisticated users.
Unsetting the Bundle process is shortsighted as it assumes that users are developers.
The Copy to Account is HORRIBLE.
