Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use it as our system of record for accounting, inventory, work order management, sales and purchase order management
- Track most changes
- Easy to learn if computer literate
- Easy to report
- User interface. No sales people want to use it
- Documentation improvement about what can be done versus is an enhancement
- We are growing, but once set up we are able to make decisions in half the time as using Excel and quick books
