Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite ERP to integrate with other systems of record to generate estimates and invoices, to recognize and report on eCommerce transactions, procure to pay, and all other financial reporting.
- Email invoices and collect payments
- Generating financial reports
- Tracking customer behaviors
- Licensing/sales structure can be hard to navigate
- So many options for support and help that it can be difficult to know the best path to support
- I believe out of box menus aren't very helpful for staff. Must be customized to provide a positive user experience.
- Customer payments via lockbox are way down and payments are coming in faster
- Customer forms will require more customization to capture all of the information we need to track
- Employee expense reports are reimbursed much more quickly and via ACH so we don't have to cut checks anymore
We selected NetSuite ERP because the implementation required less configuration which was important for our implementation team.
