Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We made the switch to Nextiva Business Phone Service about 1.5 years ago. It has been a welcome change for our office. The computer and phone apps allow our staff to easily utilize all phone services, including texting which is important to our customers. Establishing call flows and schedules has been an excellent tool for our company as well.

Nextiva has been perfect for our small(ish) business. We've continued to grow and it has been easy for our Nextiva service to grow with us. We enjoy the ease of use and having the ability to utilize physical desk phones, computer app and cell phone app. Texting was a must have when looking for a new phone service and Nextiva allows our our users to utilize texting from their direct dial line.
