Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are an ecommerce company that uses Nextiva for our sales and support teams. Our teams like the option to text our customers and the call routing works well so our teams can cover for each other.

- The desktop app takes up a lot of room and computer usage.
- Right now if we want to delete a voicemail we cannot from the main screen. We have to go into each voicemail and delete it.
- Ability to delete call logs.
- The mini view has no option for texting and there is are no alerts when a text is received.
- It seems to slow it down because it keeps all call history and communication.
- Would like the ability to hear the phone ring through the speakers and the headset. The app used to allow that.
- The portal could be more user friendly and is not that intuitive. It takes some time poking around to find what you need.
- The reporting needs improvement especially with the date defaults.
- Overall, it makes our teams more efficient.
- Calls are routed properly and not missed.
- Nextiva is great to work with and helped tailor our services to our needs.
Nextiva is more reliable, better set up and support and overall a better product than anything we have used in the past. Since our calls are integral to our business, it is imperative that our phone service be up all of the time. If there are issues or we have questions, their support team is easy to reach and responds quickly.
