Nextiva Business Phone Service is the main way that our clients get in touch with us via phone or text. It is also a tool to communicate between employees and keeps records of conversations.
- Greeting when a client calls in

- Interface that allows to use the computer to take calls
- Communicate between employees.
- At times calls get dropped.
- Receiving text messages.
