Nextiva makes it possible to get our phone lines thoughout our company in sync. This company makes it easy for people to contact our business. The company allows us to route calls accordingly easily through the system. They make it possible to retrieve calls in a timely manner with the routing of calls . I haven’t seen an issue that they cannot resolve in a timely manner .

I had a phone down and needed to reset and the staff was really kind working to get it fixed.I believe this phone system is perfect for a growing business. I believe it might not be the greatest for smaller business but definitely business looking to scale there employee base and have enough phone lines to keep up with growth of a business.
