Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

I use Nextiva auto attendant to route calls for my main line to employees with each employee also having their own individual phone number set up with voicemail. They also provide a fax number for the company for the few times a year it is needed. I use the Yealink phone with Nextiva.
  • Good sales support
  • Good technical service support
  • Clear phone calls.
  • Their web based admin is usable and works well with no glitches but would appreciate a facelift as far as layout.
  • Saved time with them getting things set up with knowledgeable staff
  • Phone service works as it should so I don't lose clients.

I started with another phone company starting with the letter O. I spent at least 20 hours trying to get their phone service to work properly. They issued me a number that wasn't properly assigned to them. After a month or two I gave up and found Nextiva. Nextiva got everything correct the first time and were upfront with all pricing.
