Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for voice and FAX, and we were able to totally eliminate our VOIP phone system which consisted of hardware based equipment. They allow for access via the web or using the app from anywhere. We now have one integrated solution that is easy for everyone to use.

- Some settings needed to be adjusted after porting lines over
- We will save approximately 50% on our voice/FAX costs
- Employees can handle voice calls more efficiently

The Nextiva Business Phone Service interface is easier to use, although 8x8 has more features. The cost for Nextiva Business Phone Service is roughly half of 8x8 and has better onboarding services. Tech support is also better for Nextiva Business Phone Service.
