Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone

We use Nice Cxone as our webbased telephony system to answer calls for our suicide Hotline. Using this system helped us upgrade from using landlines and allows us to take calls o nthe computer. We are a 24/7 hotline and use this system for our 10,000 plus calls a year
  • records and keeps calls
  • the system is fairly easy to use
  • we often experience glitches, preventing our call handlers to answer calls
  • glitches when logging out of MAX if not done correctly
  • We are expected to help figure out the reasons behind these glitches or do some for the work needed to fix it ourselves
  • It now allows us to add 24/7 texting to our services for the first time(increased texting by 100%)
  • We unfortunately in my experience miss a lot more calls than we used to due to glitches (don't have stats to share)
This is not a feature our business has really explored, but I would be interested in learning more about it.
I am thankful for this platform as it again did upgrade us from using landlines, but we do not have room for glitches when our calls can be the difference of life and death
We do not use any customized reports, but we do enjoy the "contact history" feature.

It is fairly user-friendly, but in my opinion lots of glitches
