Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)

This has been AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - you can see how long your breaks and lunches are for and it allows you to select a disposition. It is amazing!
  • You can mange your break and lunch times on the timer
  • Clear communication with the caller
  • Will let you know what language it is
  • Allows you to know when a call comes in
  • Louder ringtone to make agent aware that there is a call
  • Better services
  • More calls
  • Manage agents lunch and break time more efficiently
It has allowed our agents to expand their knowledge and work harder. They love when they have no issues with their own calls.
