This has been AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - you can see how long your breaks and lunches are for and it allows you to select a disposition. It is amazing!
- You can mange your break and lunch times on the timer
- Clear communication with the caller
- Will let you know what language it is
- Allows you to know when a call comes in
- Louder ringtone to make agent aware that there is a call

It has allowed our agents to expand their knowledge and work harder. They love when they have no issues with their own calls.
