My Nice CXone truly is number One!

Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)
NICE CXone is the program we use daily to get in contact with customers across the US and Canada. We use it in every department and across the entire organization. It has proved to be an amazing communication tool. It is much easier to use than an actual telephone system.
Pros
- You can connect quickly with a customer.
- Easy to sign in and out
- There is no manual dialing
Cons
- Sometimes runs slow
- Freezes up occasionally
- Will not move from one function to another every time.
- Very time efficient
- Occasionally lags
- Easy to log in and out
I have not customized the platform at all. I simply use it to call hundreds of customers every single day. It makes my job easier and the jobs of hundreds of employees throughout the company easier. That is a win when it covers these bases.
