We use Nintex forms and workflows for our online electronic forms to process information primarily for HR.
- Easy creation of online forms
- Relatively easy creation of workflows to send information to multiple people in different areas
- Audits what information was sent to who and when
- Integration with O365 is lacking from going to SharePoint to O365. Workflows have to be rewritten
- It has substantially increased our efficiencies for processing new hires, separations and resignations for employees and is used by all Managers in the organization
- It has substantially increased efficiencies for processing new, changed or removed access requests for the entire organization
We have integration with email and our IT ticketing system.
