Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

We are using Omnify at all three of our outdoor pools for reserving lap swimming lanes and family swim spaces due to Covid restrictions. We needed system that would allow easy online access but also limit the number of reservations guests could have per week.
  • Omnfiy is very responsive to questions and concerns. I hear from them frequently and have an open line of communication when I run into challenges.
  • They were extremely helpful in the setup of the system we are using
  • They have been very flexible and were willing to help meet our needs as an organization.
  • Our only challenge is that we need our customers to be able to make more than one reservation per transaction.
  • We have not gone live yet so it is yet to be determined.
  • They have solved one of our greatest challenges from our previous vendor.
