No

Did Omnisend live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Omnisend go as expected?

No

Would you buy Omnisend again?

No

Omnisend has everything you think it needs for an ecommerce platform with WooCommerce. Unfortunately, their plugin cannot be copied to staging sites properly, you must deactivate it, delete it, reactivate it, and connect it to a free account to ensure that your URL won't get overwritten with a staging URL.

They think this is normal and have no need to fix it. This is a dealbreaker for us.

Their basic support is fine, but the technical support that takes 24-48 hours to reply to, can't help you with much. You can't even VIEW the emails that were sent to clients.

Bugs abound, like emails sending totals out that are actually subtotals.

Omnisend Support

Support is weird. They ask you to keep everything in one thread, but they can't see your replies if they forward it to tech, and things easily get lost. Also tech support is HORRIBLE, they just seem snobby, and give horrible advice liek to test things on a live version vs staging.
ProsCons
None
Slow Resolution
Poor followup
Less knowledgeable
Not kept informed
Difficult to get immediate help
Need to explain problems multiple times
Support doesn't seem to care
Slow Initial Response
No, they don't have premium support.
Yes - Nope, they basically said we know but we aren't going to fix it. "We are aware of the problem but don't have an ETA". It is quite a critical bug with URLs of live production sites being overwritten.
Small things they answer quite quickly and send good screenshots, if they happen to notice that you wrote. Usually it takes a few hours if you have a lot of support questions, they start to ignore you.
