It's used across a few departments - shared by Marketing, Customer Success, and in-house consultants. It's most frequently used for training users of our product, but the more heavily marketed webinars are used for marketing or branding purposes.

- UI makes the webinars far more interactive than any platform I've interfaced with.
- Reporting, while it isn't my primary use case, can be very useful for lead-gen and nurture.
- Customer Support - the customer support reps are often very calloused and are not personable at all. Often times I'll come with a problem and leave a chat with more questions than answers.
- Screen-Sharing - the interface is clunky and makes transitions from slides/video to screen share very rocky.
- Uploading videos can be pretty nightmarish - the parameters are strict and pretty inflexible.
- More user engagement with our software
- Fewer man-hours spent educating individual customers on the platform
- More strength in our branding as a customer service organization.
- I do not evaluate other softwares and that's the marketing department.
