Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Our marketing department uses ON24 to design webinars. It helps us in disseminating thought leadership material to our audience, as well as with brand awareness and lead generation.

- Great UI.
- The data provided has some limitations, e.g. you can't organize all the webinars in one year with all the attendees in rows with the survey and other variables.
- Old-fashioned API.
We're getting lead information directly in our CRM, and are getting sales to see who attended the webinar quickly.
- It's enabled us to market thought leadership to our customers.
- We're able to generate new leads.
ON24 feels better than others, but most of them have similar features, so it's hard to say what's better.
