Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used to set up and conduct webinars that present useful information to our prospects, and sometimes customers, related to our industry—sourcing, hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent at various companies of different sizes. The Marketing department almost exclusively uses the platform, although Customer Success may also be using it more.
  • Lead generation
  • Integration with Marketo's marketing automation platform
  • Customer support for issues beyond simple chat
  • Webinerd community and communication
  • The variety of features & functionality offered within the webinars themselves
  • Sometimes manipulating the console set up is clunky
  • Would like ability to see number of registrants in fewer clicks
  • Would like to archive webinars in folders
  • Would like to add tags to webinars in order to group them
ON24 is integrated with Marketo, and auto-populates registrations, attendees and no-shows. But that is the extent of its integration. Lead routing, scoring, poll responses, questions asked during a webinar, and any other follow up activity is handled by other processes. We do not have it integrated with our CRM, Salesforce.
I've never experienced an outage with ON24.
  • We have used ON24 to conduct webinars that produce net-new leads, convert leads to MQL's, and help produce content for future use by both Sales and Marketing to nurture prospects.
  • through our webinars we can explicitly ask prospects if they are interested in learning more about our software, allowing us to engage and follow up quickly to capitalize on their interest.
  • Zoom
To my knowledge, Zoom is used for internal communications and meetings, while ON24 is used for external purposes of lead generation, and increasingly, product updates to customers.
We only use it for demand generation webinars that involve 2 or more people. But we have had some with multiple speakers, and as long as each understands what is required from a technical perspective and we also conduct a run-thru "rehearsal", things go smoothly.

Yes - We had some initial issues with large webinars and felt it was wise to make sure we had support from ON24 to help overcome any snafus.
I once accidentally deleted an impending webinar with over 1000 registrants, and our rep called me back within 5 minutes and the webinar was restored within 15 minutes. I'm sure this happens all the time, and there are procedures for restoring a deleted webinar, but I didn't think about that at the time. Only panic ensued. So it was a huge relief.
